While every tutorial is bench-tested before publication, no warranty is made that any circuit, design or program is suitable for any particular application. You are solely responsible for verifying designs against current datasheets and applicable standards before implementation.
3. Safety responsibility
Electronics involves risks including electric shock, burns, battery fires and eye injury. Content involving mains voltage or lithium batteries carries explicit precautions; ignoring them is at your own risk. Do not attempt mains-voltage work without appropriate qualification. Nothing on this Site constitutes professional engineering advice for code-compliant installations.
4. Intellectual property
All text, photographs, diagrams and code examples are the copyright of Procirel unless otherwise stated. You may: build the projects for personal, educational or commercial products; quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. You may not: republish articles wholesale, scrape the Site, or present its content as your own educational material without permission. Code snippets may be used freely in your projects including commercial ones; attribution is appreciated but not required.
5. Calculators and tools
The interactive calculators are provided "as is". While based on recognised standards (IPC-2221, E12/E24 series and similar), results must be independently verified for any safety-critical or production application. Tolerance, temperature and regulatory margins remain the user's responsibility.
6. Downloads and accounts
Where offered, file downloads and optional account features are provided for personal use. You agree not to redistribute paywalled or premium files, abuse the service, or attempt unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Advertising and third-party links
The Site carries clearly labelled advertising and occasional links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party content, pricing or availability. Advertising never determines editorial coverage; see Our Priority.
8. Limitation of liability
